Michael Albright (Director and Editor) is the organization’s primary founder and also serves as the director and editor of Project Moonshine’s documentaries. He has a bachelor’s degree in Film Studies and English from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has experience working in New York City with Albert Maysles, one of the pioneers of direct cinema. Michael also makes other independent documentaries on unique and eccentric cultural personalities under the production company, “Moonpix.” He is currently getting his masters degree in cinema and media studies at UCLA and working towards a PhD. His eventual goal is to send a group of student filmmakers to the moon to make a documentary, but in the meantime will focus on events happening on earth.

Brad Bynum (Production Coordinator) - Brad holds a degree in Literature and Fine Art from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is an award-winning freelance writer that has published over a hundred articles on food, music, theater, art, and film. He is an omnivorous consumer of frivolous knowledge. He honed his knowledge of film lore as the assistant manager and projectionist of an independent arthouse cinema. His monstrous rock and roll band The Frontmen will rip your face off.

Heather Fuss (Production Coordinator) - Heather is a Reno native and has experience working with youth in their creative processes as a volunteer 'special events coordinator' for Arts Corps in Seattle. As an artist, she has experience in performance (two years with the P.A.N Butoh troupe in Seattle), installation art, painting and working on a book for her senior thesis on the relationship between public art and the city. She is currently the Project Program Director for Holland, a youth-oriented non-profit organization in Reno

Ryan Bartlett (Production Coordinator) - Ryan has been earning his Bachelors in Political Science and Spanish from UNR and will graduate after the fall semester. After graduation he would like to spend some time in Latin America working for an upstart environmental/political organization, followed by grad school in sustainability or environmental land management.

Rossitza Todorova (Production Coordinator) - completed her B.F.A in Painting and Drawing from the University of Nevada, Reno and is currently finishing her B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Rossitza Todorova works as a professional fine artist and illustrator. She has been recognized for her Fine Art and Design by numerous organizations. Most recently Rossitza received a Silver Addy for illustration and a Gold Addy for product design. Ms. Todorova has also had the privilege of being presented with two Sierra Arts Student grants and her work presides in the Nevada Museum of Arts permanent collection. Illustrations by Rossitza can be seen in Magazines like Frontier, products like CremSo and other print media. Paintings and drawings by Rossitza have been exhibited on numerous occasions at local art venues like The Sheppard Fine art Gallery, The Sierra Arts Foundation and The Nevada Museum of Art. Currently Rossitza works as the Nevada Touring Initiative (NTI) Program Assistant at the Nevada Arts Council in Carson City.

Dave Pomeranz (Production Coordinator) - Not by morning, not by day, but by night David helps Project Moonshine and its scattered young Rembrandts across the Artown Nevadan landscapefrom glittering casinos to grassy green riverside venues to dusty, sagebrush-strewn unplanned Master-Planned Reno Community Developments. While maintaining his “hipster” status in the community through Moonshine, musicianship, and his self-appointed music and movie critic status, he is currently employed as a clinical research associate. David’s desired path lies in medicine, and he hopes to apply medical support efforts to future international Moonshine endeavors and the succeeding future young Rembrandtsyou know who you are, and we love you because of it.

Liz Bartlett (Production Coordinator) - Liz grew up in Reno and is currently pursuing media studies at the University of San Francisco. She also has a double minor in theater and psychology. Liz will be moving to Cannes, France in the spring of '97 to study film and live amongst the wine and romance and eat a bunch of cheese. That's what they do right?

Austin Baker (Production Coordinator) - Austin is a Nevada-based visual artist, with a Bachelors of Art from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and is currently completing a BFA in sculpture at the University of Nevada, Reno. His professional experiences include graphic production and design consulting. Austin loves to run and climb and ride his bicycle.

Laura Miller (Production Coordinator) Laura grew up in the beautiful town of Fairfield, California, obtained a degree in history from the University of Colorado, and is a brand new Reno resident. She is currently entering the culinary field and is trying desperately to protect her clumsy limbs from hot and sharp objects.

Jolene Adams (Photographer) - Jolene was born and raised in Reno, NV and went to college at Montana State University, Bozeman where she studied Media and Theatre Arts. It was in Montana that she absolutely fell in love with the natural beauty she was surrounded by and decided she would like to become a photographer to try and capture what she felt. Jolene returned home and worked a few jobs and realized that she needed a little more specific training in the arts, so she drove across the country to attend a summer residency in Maine at the Maine Photographic Workshops. Jolene just returned to her beloved home and started her own business. She’s been looking for and seizing opportunities to work in the arts and in my community.
